The Bipartisan State Board of Elections & Ethics Enforcement on March 27 appointed four members to each of the 100 county boards of elections and unanimously recognized the North Carolina Green Party as an official political party in the state.

Absentee by-mail is one of several voting options available to all registered N.C. voters. Unlike some other states, no excuse is needed to vote by mail in North Carolina.
